(54) TROLLEY FOR CARGO TRANSPORTATION ON PALLETS
The invention relates to transporting devices for palletized goods. A well-known truck for transportation of goods — on pallets — containing a quadrangle-frame supported on rollers and a removable drawbar with rollers 1 fixed to it by means of an axis. A disadvantage of the known trolley is the complexity of its design. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design. This goal is achieved by the fact that the cart is equipped with a sleeve rigidly fixed on the drawbar to accommodate the said rollers inside it, rigidly fixed to the sleeve eccentrically to the axis with the last finger fastened last, with the possibility of rotation around the axis perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the drawers made in the form of a cube with a groove, with this at least one side of the frame of the cart has an L-shaped profile with protrusions facing each other on the edges of the shelves, is horizontal along the profile longer than Vertical, and in mortars horizontal leg adapted to cooperate with said annular groove of the connecting element. In addition, the frame of the trolley can be made in the form of two-transverse beams of L-shaped profile, connected by two pairs of longitudinal beams, between which the rollers are placed. In this case, the protrusion of the horizontal shelf of the frame side with the L-shaped profile is fixed at an angle of 70-80 to the specified horizontal shelf, and the connecting element has a bevel for engagement with the protrusion of the vertical shelf of the frame side with the L-shaped profile. Figure 1 shows the proposed truck, side view; figure 2 is the same, top view; on fig.Z - a partial section of the cart on an enlarged scale; figure 4 - the pole of the truck, side view; . figure 5 is the same, end view; 6 shows a non-operating state, side view; 7 is the same during connection with the trolley; Figure 8 is the same after being connected to the trolley. The cart contains a quadrangular frame consisting of crossbars 1 and 2, connected to each other by two pairs of longitudinal struts 3 and 4, shifted relative to the ends of crossbars 1 and 2. In the gap between the struts of each pair are rollers 5, which are installed with the possibility -, the gate on the axis x 6. The struts 3 and 4 can be made of a simple hollow square cross-section profile, at the ends of which cross-pieces 1 and 2 are welded.
Each of the crossbars 1 and 2 has an L-shaped profile, the horizontal shelf 7 of which is longer than its vertical ™ shelf 8. Both shelves are made with facing 9 and 10 facing each other, and the ledge 9 of the shelf 7 forms an angle of 70-80 with the indicated shelf .
A sleeve 12 is rigidly attached to the bore 11, through which the shaft 13, which is the axis of the rollers 14, is passed.
In addition, a pin is fastened on the sleeve 12 in such a way that it forms a right angle with the axis of the rollers 14, and an angle of approximately 60 with the drawbar 11. The finger 15 is designed to be mounted on it with the possibility of rotating the connecting element 16 made in the form of a cube . The upper edge of the element 16 facing the drawbar 11 is cut off, and a groove 17 is made on the bevel. Through the groove 17 passes the axis of rotation of the connecting element 16. The groove 17 serves to interact with the projections 9 of the shelves 7.
The edge of element 16 is diametrically opposite to said edge, i.e. the lower edge that is separated from the tongue is also cut to form the support surface 18.
The connection of the cart with the drawbar is carried out as follows.
The breather is guided under one of the crossbars (in FIG. 7, cross member 1). Its position corresponds to the position which it occupies in the off state (Fig.6). The protrusion 9 of the shelf 7 is located above the groove 17 of the element 16. Then the drawbar 11 is tilted to the position shown in Fig. 8. In this case, the connecting element 16 enters inside the profile of the cross member 1, and the protrusion 9 enters the groove 17 and is fixed there with self-restraint due to the fact that it is located to the shelf 7 at an angle

turns, which increases the maneuverability of loaded trucks in close spaces. Disengagement of the cart with the hole is eliminated due to making the groove 17 with sloping walls and inclined pa, marking the protrusion 9. Moreover, the greater the pulling force, the more reliable is the clutch of the cart with the bar.
The proposed trolley is easy to manufacture and reliable to use.

1. A trolley for the carriage of goods on pallets containing
rollers quadrangular frame and removable drawbar with rollers fixed on it by means of an axis, so that, in order to simplify the construction, it is equipped with a sleeve fixedly fixed on the Dishl to accommodate inside the axis of said rollers fixed on the sleeve eccentric to the axis of the latter with a finger and fastened on the latter with the possibility of rotation around the axis, perpendicular to the axis of the rollers of the drawbar, a connecting element made in the form of a cube with a groove, and at least one side of the frame of the cart has -shaped profile with mutually facing projections on the edges of shelves, the horizontal shelf
